I need a fully-featured, web-based alarm application that can run in any modern browser and be managed remotely. The core of the project is the alarm engine itself, capable of three distinct trigger types: traditional time-based alarms, event-triggered alerts pulled from defined inputs or webhooks, and continuous system-monitoring alarms that fire when metrics fall outside my thresholds.
A built-in notification system must forward each alarm through at least one real-time channel (e-mail, SMS, or push). I also want true remote app control: a secure web dashboard plus an authenticated API so I can review logs, enable or disable specific alarms, and adjust settings from a phone or another service.
I’m flexible on the underlying tech stack; what matters is reliability, clean code, and straightforward deployment on a standard VPS. Please outline your proposed architecture, libraries, and any third-party services you plan to integrate for notifications when you bid.
