Updates and changes required on existing swift/java Android & IOS app

existing swift/java Android & IOS app with PHP API

App shows user website profile data and has minimal functionality.
I have lost latest source latest files and have previous version source file.
So I require some formatting and data field updates to bring source up-to-date with current live version.

1. My Pledges screen - 8 UI changes
2. Tracking screen - 5 UI changes
3. My Profile screen - 3 UI changes
4. Donate screen APK only - 2 items link to website as per IPA
5. Reset Password: link to reset password website url

I require accurate error free work
No upfront payment but milestones released immediately upon each completion
Milestones:
1. 30% after supply of APK and IPA for testing
2. 40% after all bugs complete and 100%
3. 30% when available in App Store & play store (I have profile ready) and source supplied.
