Update iPhone App (Small Changes)

Hello, I have source code for iphone app. I need a few small quick changes made to my iphone app.
1. I need the code updated to Apple developers 2021 - 2022 requirements.
2. Need small url change for one of the web view tabs.
3. I will then have you upload the app to update in apple.
The original developer is no longer available. The app is made in swift. We are a non profit / new start up. We are community / family humanitarian based organization to help people live life from poverty and more. We rely on donations to keep going.
This project pays under $25. It's a smaller budget.
