Take over existing macOS app

We have an existing macOS app that is written with Swift and SwiftUI. It is not very complicated and is a very small app overall. Very basic user interface, it saves a few simple settings, and hits two APIs I think to either return data or log data. We are just looking for someone that can take over the existing app and make a few adjustments initially. We are about to launch soon and the app will require more attention after that.
