We have one page project to play video with scrubber in SwiftUI.
There, user should be able to move the thumbnail strip around to seek through the video.
We need to customize scrubber, which needs to update the video as it scrolls over the thumbnails. And as the video plays, the scrubber needs to fast forward the video frame by frame continuously.
