One Nested Collection View in Apple TV

The collection view should have 5 rows in total. Only 2 rows should be visible at any time. The default collection view behavior is for the top and bottom rows to be cut off, this should not happen. The user should be able to navigate up and down through the collection view without seeing half rows. There should also not be any jittering animation when the focus changes between rows.

No networking calls needed. Can be built using swift ui or UIkit
