Looking for a swift developer for MacOS

We have a desktop application developed in Swift by a freelancer. We want someone to own this project and continue adding features. Expected work load is 80 hours/month. We can pay 500 USD/month. We will use a software to track the development time. The software should work on both Intel and AMR targets
