ITMS-90076 Potential loss of keychain Access

I transferred a app and create a new project with the same bundleId. I got this warning when I send the new TestFlight. “ITMS-90076: Potential Loss of Keychain Access” Also app can’t run on iPhone when I download on TestFlight.
