Fixing the height of the uicollectionview cell

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can help me to fix the uicollectionview cell as following:
1. when rotate to landscape from portrait mode, the first cell should change the height when the width is changed
2. Fix the height of the third cell so that it is the same as the height of the uicollectionview inside that cell.

Please make sure both portrait and landscape works correctly.
