Custom macOS ERP App Development

I’m ready to commission a fully-featured, macOS-native ERP that feels at home on the desktop and keeps my entire back office in one place. Accounting is the heart of the system, so the ledger must be airtight, fast and compliant with Indian GST rules while still offering the elegant user experience Mac users expect.
Core accounting functions I need from day one
• Invoice management
• Expense tracking
• Financial-statement generation
Inventory must integrate seamlessly with the books, providing:
• Stock-level tracking with low-stock alerts
• Order management that links sales and purchase orders to inventory movement
• Supplier management, including contact data and payment terms
Beyond those pillars I’d like configurable dashboards, drill-down reports, role-based access, and secure local storage with the option to sync via iCloud or another encrypted service. The interface should be Swift-based, load instantly, and remain perfectly stable even with large data sets.
Deliverables
• Signed, notarised macOS app (.app) ready to install on Ventura and later
• All project source code (Swift, SwiftUI or your recommended stack) and build instructions
• Migration-ready SQLite/Core Data or other Mac-friendly database schema
• User guide and brief hand-off session so my team can maintain routine tasks
Acceptance is based on:
1. Accurate GST tax calculations and return-ready reports
2. Zero-error reconciliation between accounting and inventory modules
3. Stable performance with 100k+ records during stress-test
