Create macOS version (Swift) of existing video recording Windows app (C#/WPF)

The application records either the desktop, or the camera, or both to an mp4 which is uploaded to our Cloud service. The application exists for Windows and is written in C# / WPF. The same functionality needs to be created for macOS in Swift. Source code of Windows version available for look up and inspiration. Contact me for more detailed information.
