Build a property management desktop app for vacation rental

I am looking for a property management desktop app that we can use to handle our vacation rental and hunting operations. This software must be able to help with bookings for stays/hunts, deposits, generate invoice, posting payments received, additional charges, contact management, tracking sales, expenses. No need to link to any channels (airbnb, Vbro, etc.) or manage credit card processing. No need for a web because we already have one. Need to work with our web designer to link the desktop app calendars to our website. The program must work with a Mac. I don't have any design so will need help on that. There are many software out there on property management for vacation rental, however, they have many features I don't need. You can familiarize the requirements by search for these software online.
