1) The image to converted to a SVG is in the above link
2. The SVG is to have two g sections. One around the BR with an ID of "icon" and the other around the text with an id of "text". IE https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Element/g
Sample SVG with g tags is in LINK
3. SVG Path for text - The "TEXT IN LINK" each letter is to be one path similar to the Sample SVG
4. Create a New SVG with the same icon and the text - Match the height as the orignal (second line is smaller and different color)
