PNG to Color-Editable SVG

I have a PNG made up of icons or symbols that I now need rebuilt as an SVG. Every distinct element inside the artwork must be converted to clean vector paths and placed on its own editable layer or group so I can recolor sections individually later. I already know which colors I want to apply, so please structure the file in a way that lets me swap fills quickly in Illustrator, Figma, or any standard vector editor.

Please match the original proportions exactly, trace with smooth, high-resolution lines (no auto-trace artifacts), and keep the file size lean.

Deliverables:
• One SVG with each part separated and clearly named
• A quick preview PNG so I can verify accuracy before final hand-off
