One very light page application using HTML/JS/CSS/SVG (no libs)

I need someone to make a single html page application (optimized for smartphones) to be uploaded in an arduino module.
You must :
- code the entire and unique html page
- make a SVG (svg only!) image of a tennis court that has dots (player/machine positions) and zones (targets). Prototype will be given.
- create a toolbar with icons, sliders and buttons. You will have to make 3 SVG icons for this toolbar: a timer icon, a slicing ball effect icon and a lift/top spin ball effect icon.
- create a html populated by the toolbar actions (js)
- make or use an inline very lighweight css library
- respect a file size of ~50kB max (this can be discussed)
Good SVG knowledge is asked.
