Logo Recreation as SVG

I need my existing 1024×1024 PNG logo recreated as a true vector (SVG). The finished artwork must be an exact replica of my original logo with no design changes whatsoever.
Requirements:
Recreate every letter, colour, gradient, shadow and outline exactly.
Keep the ice cream cones, ring, stars and all artwork identical.
Do not redesign, reinterpret or improve the logo.
Deliver editable SVG, EPS, AI, PDF and a 6000×6000 px transparent PNG (300 DPI).

Suitable for commercial T-shirt printing, DTF, DTG, screen printing, embroidery and large-format signage

I have suppled the original PNG as the reference artwork.
Please recreate this logo exactly as shown. Do not redesign,, or alter any part of it. Match the text, colours, gradients, shadows, outlines, ice cream cones, stars, and ring exactly.
