Layered Condo SVG Illustration

I need a clean, SVG that shows a condominium layout for an upcoming proposal. Keep every house on its own clearly named layer—no grouping them together—so I can toggle visibility and recolor later if required. The drawing style should stick to simple geometric shapes; no textures or shading, just crisp outlines in a single color.

Add only basic annotations such as unit numbers or lot IDs beside each house; full text labels or call-outs are unnecessary.

When complete, please hand over:
• The unlocked SVG, fully layer-organized and compatible with Illustrator

I’ll supply a rough site sketch and unit count the moment we kick off. Accuracy of footprints, correct layering, and legible annotations will be the acceptance criteria. A two-day turnaround should be plenty for this scope.
