Project Description
I am looking to hire a skilled freelancer to create a stylized floor plan of my house and integrate it into my Home Assistant (HA) Lovelace dashboard. The goal is to have an interactive, user-friendly graphical interface to control my smart home devices.

Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will be responsible for the following tasks:
Floor Plan Creation:
Create a clean, custom-designed floor plan from a provided sketch and dimensions. The style should be simple and stylized, not a complex architectural blueprint.
The floor plan must be an SVG file, with each room, object, and element correctly labeled with an ID for future interactivity.
Home Assistant Integration:
Utilize the ha-floorplan integration to embed the SVG file into a Lovelace dashboard.
Write the necessary Home Assistant configuration (.yaml) to link the floor plan elements (e.g., rooms, lights, sensors) to the corresponding HA entities.
Ensure that the floor plan is fully interactive, with visual states changing based on entity status (e.g., a lightbulb icon changes color when a light is on) and allowing for direct control (e.g., clicking a light to turn it on/off).
Required Skills
Proven experience with Home Assistant (HA), particularly with dashboard configuration.
Strong understanding of ha-floorplan integration and its specific requirements (knowledge of the guide found at https://experiencelovelace.github.io/ha-floorplan/ is essential).
Proficiency in SVG graphics creation and manipulation.
Knowledge of YAML configuration and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
Attention to detail and the ability to accurately translate a simple sketch into a digital floor plan.
