DWG to Scalable SVG Conversion for permit drawings

I have a DWG drawing that must become clean, print-ready SVG files. The final graphics will be placed directly into large-format permit drawings for a new single-family residence (SFR), so every line has to remain razor-sharp at any size. Text annotations need to transfer exactly as written and all original line weights must be preserved; they are part of the visual language of the drawings. Color accuracy is welcome, but consistent stroke hierarchy and intact text are the priority.

I do not know much about the conversion process from DWG to SVG, but I will want this on a higher resolution (300-600 DPI).

I have multiple files that need converting, but we will start with one and see how it looks before offering additional work.

Deliverable
• An SVG file for each supplied DWG, fully scalable without loss of quality, with text layers editable and line weights matching the source.
