Cut 9x9 SVG Stencil

I already have the finished artwork in a cricut design canvas and also as a PNG file. Can provide as an SVG. What I need now is to have the design cut into a clean 8.5 × 8.5-inch stencil. The graphic carries a moderate amount of detai so it should translate well once the paths and weeding lines are optimized.

I prefer vinyl if possible, but am open to other sheet stock if you feel it will yield a crisper edge. No extra borders, registration marks, or margin padding are required; the design should sit flush to the 8.5-inch square.

I have attached the PNG file for reference. The cricut design canvas is slightly different as it allows for a blank space in the middle to allow for the design to be stenciled onto a mortarboard with a center button.
