Custom Font Creation with SVG files

I need a custom font built using pre-made SVG files. The font should support English and French, and include some specific alternate designs I will provide as separate SVG files.

Requirements:
- Use provided SVG files to create the font
- Incorporate specific alternate glyphs from my SVG uploads
- Add kerning as an OpenType feature
- Add any standard OpenType features

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in FontForge or similar font creation software
- Experience with SVG and custom font development
- Knowledge of OpenType features, particularly kerning
