Copy images as SVG files

I have a video that contains several static images, mostly text, some screens a simple single colour, testcards etc.. I want to create SVG files, either drawn by hand or using a script (Python etc.) to create them. Examples are attached of the screens. I don't need backgrounds doing, I will have someone do those in Illustrator and merge them together using a script.
