Convert Flat SVG to Layered

I will send you a single-layer SVG that currently opens as one merged group. Your task is to reorganise it so each distinct visual element sits on its own layer while keeping the artwork’s look, size and alignment exactly the same.

Layer naming isn’t important to me; logical or default names are fine. What matters is that when I open the revised file in Illustrator, Figma or any modern vector editor I can hide, lock or edit elements independently.
