Build a Full-Stack AI Chatbot Web Application with Next.js, React & PostgreSQL

I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a portfolio web application from scratch featuring an AI-powered chatbot.

The project should use Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL, with a strong focus on modern UI/UX design, SEO optimization, and a scalable backend to support AI chatbot interactions.

Scope of Work

Develop a full-stack AI chatbot web application from scratch

Build responsive and modern user interfaces for the chat experience

Design and implement PostgreSQL database for user interactions, chat history, and AI data

Develop backend logic to integrate with AI API or model (e.g., OpenAI, local AI model)

Implement authentication/authorization (if needed)

Optimize performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness

Follow best practices in coding, security, and scalability
