Sveltekit developer - issue with load function + filter functionality

Looking for someone with experience in sveltekit/typescript who can help solve an issue I am facing with the server-side load function not passing data to the page correctly, as well as an issue with two filter components.

Codebase is still quite basic so hopefully shouldn't take too long for the right developer.
