Needed Svelte Expert for C# .Net Core Web Application

We are looking for an expert in Svelte first, and then skills combing svelte with C# / .Net Core is a plus but not requirement. I am an expert in C# and mostly have that side covered. What I primarily need help with is svelte. This will be for a website and web application that is data intensive. I have a javascript/d3 expert who is responsible for the data visualizations. Need help with other aspects of the application. Signup, login, menu system and general layout, etc.
