Fix GitHub Actions Workflow for SvelteKit CMS Testing

We are seeking an experienced developer to fix and enhance the GitHub Actions workflow for our open-source SvelteKit CMS project.

The current setup is incomplete and requires proper automation for testing, including npm and Docker creation.

Key Requirements:
- Fix existing GitHub Actions workflows to automate all processes, including npm and Docker builds.
- Adapt all existing tests to align with updated code/functions (no security risks for API tests).
- Implement additional tests for the following:
- Setup (transitioning to GUI-based as per PR262).
- Login with password reset functionality.
- User edits and token creation.
- CRUD operations for collections and Collection Builder.
- Media Gallery handling.
- Widgets Manager, Theme Manager, and Navigation.
- Create detailed MDX documentation explaining the testing setup and procedures.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions workflows, SvelteKit, Test Automation, and Website Testing.
- Familiarity with Docker, npm workflows, and API security best practices.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional GitHub Actions workflow for automated testing on main & next branches (including manual test options).
2. Comprehensive MDX documentation covering the testing setup/procedures.
