The plan must revolve around community events that spark dialogue, attract partners, and keep volunteers returning, all while reinforcing our environmental mission.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• Month-by-month calendar of event concepts, each tied to a concise sustainability objective
• Measurable KPIs for attendance, social reach, and environmental impact (e.g., waste diverted, carbon saved)
• Recommended partners, venues, and sponsorship opportunities that fit an NPO budget
• Risk and mitigation notes for logistics, weather, and stakeholder alignment
• A lightweight resource plan (staff, volunteer hours, cost estimates) presented in Excel and a board-ready summary deck in PowerPoint
