I’m looking for a consultant who can guide me through three intertwined tracks: crafting a forward-looking sustainability strategy, tightening our governance framework for Danish socio-environmnetal project.

• A three-year sustainability strategy tailored to the Nordic energy landscape, including measurable targets and KPIs
• A refreshed governance framework that clearly assigns roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for ESG matters
• A compliance checklist highlighting upcoming EU and local regulations, with a timetable for implementation and monitoring
• A concise executive deck that summarises findings, rationale, and required investments for board sign-off
