Mixed-Use floor plan Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m putting together the full set of design plans for a 10–11-acre mixed-use development that blends a high-end residential component with a premium shopping mall. The goal is to create architecture sheets that capture the project’s luxury positioning while remaining highly functional and intrinsically sustainable.
What I need from you
• A complete masterplan that organises the residential blocks and retail footprint efficiently across the site.
• Detailed floor layouts, sections and elevations for both the housing and the mall, presented on clear, publication-ready sheets.
• Integrated sustainability strategies—passive cooling, daylight optimisation, green roofs or similar—that can be illustrated directly on the drawings.
• Finely tuned aesthetic touches that speak to a luxury audience without compromising practicality.
My priorities are straightforward: the plans must look beautiful, work effortlessly for residents and shoppers, and meet solid environmental targets. At this stage I’m focused solely on the design plans; 3D renders or construction-level detailing can follow once the concept and layouts are signed off.
You are free to work in the software you know best (AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, Rhino, etc.) as long as the final sheets are delivered in both editable format and PDF for easy review and printing.
