our NGO wastefree23 is working in Sidama Ethiopia to eliminate waste and pollution in the coffee industry. We, with partners, have been very successful. The solution is to turn husk waste into biochar. and use the biochar as a filter media for mill waste water.
The biochar has value so the there is no operating cost for the mills. The necessary equipment the mill can build themselves.
