SurveyMonkey Expertise Needed

I have a survey that's been implemented, but needs design/logic improvements that are beyond my know-how prior to the next time it's used. I'd like to talk with a SurveyMonkey expert and explain what I'm after, understand whether SurveyMonkey can deliver it, and if so, I'd like to receive instructions to be able to revise the survey myself.
