Overall Need: Assist agency with designing and programming a custom survey utilizing various respondent scenarios i.e. if/then scenarios, early termination prompts, etc. Additional survey project needs include:
- Custom design requirements above/beyond standard Survey Monkey survey design options
- Multi-Answer Question Programming
- If/then scenario Question Delivery Programming
- Early Termination Programming with Designated Messaging at Termination
- Embed Forms Upon Survey Completion
If you are proficient in additional Survey Monkey design/development specifics, please elaborate and explain your level of experience with each.
