My survey is already live in Google Forms and I need 400 genuine completions by this Saturday. Every response must come from a unique adult (18 years or older). The form is aimed at the general public, though a solid showing from healthcare professionals would be a welcome bonus for the dataset.
Please rely on organic outreach—social channels, community groups, mailing lists, or your own respondent panel. No bots, duplicates, or VPN-driven traffic; I’ll be checking time stamps, IP regions, and answer patterns to verify authenticity.

• A brief note on the outreach channels you used so I can document methodology
