Here’s what the assignment involves:
• Visit a local pharmacy of your choice.
• Conduct 2–3 brief staff interviews focused on medicine availability and the challenges the team faces in keeping essential drugs on the shelves.
• Run five quick customer surveys that capture how easy it is for them to find the medicines they need and how long they typically wait to be served.
• Take 3–5 clear, contextual photos of the pharmacy interior or exterior—please ensure no identifiable faces appear.
• Summarise everything in a concise report (maximum three pages) that highlights the key findings, any notable quotes or statistics, and your observations.
Please send the report as a file, attach the interview/survey notes, and include the original, unedited photos. Accuracy, discretion, and respectful interaction with staff and customers are essential.
