₹3K/Day Employee Survey Facilitator
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for reliable facilitators who can spend one or two full days between 24 – 31 October 2025 at one of our factory or warehouse sites, welcoming blue-collar employees and guiding them through an online Voice of Employee survey.
Where you could be placed
• Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Vadodara, Panchkula or Kolkata — let me know your first and second preference.
Languages you must be comfortable speaking on-site
• Hindi is essential for most locations.
• Marathi (Mumbai, Pune), Tamil (Chennai), Telugu (Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam), Gujarati (Vadodara), Bengali (Kolkata) and Kannada (Bangalore) are crucial for smooth explanations.
Typical day on location (1 pm – 10 pm, breaks included)
1. Arrive 30 min early, coordinate with the local HR contact.
2. Set up survey station (tablet or laptop provided).
3. Invite workers in small batches, explain survey purpose, stress confidentiality and neutrality.
4. Assist anyone who needs help reading or navigating questions without influencing their answers.
5. Track completions and basic head-count in a simple log sheet.
6. Hand back all equipment and send the log to me before you leave.
What success looks like
• At least 90 % of the scheduled employees attempt the survey.
• Zero disclosure of individual responses.
• A concise end-of-day report (template provided).
You’ll receive ₹3,000 per day (paid promptly through Freelancer) and a signed experience letter if requested.
If you can commit to the date window, speak the required local language, and are comfortable staying neutral around sensitive feedback, please tell me:
• Your preferred city (and backup city).
• The languages you speak fluently.
• Any similar experience supporting surveys or field studies.
I will confirm assignments on a first-qualified, first-confirmed basis and share site details and orientation material right after.
