Monitor Alerts from Security Camera on weekends 8 hrs/day. Spanish / English speaker preferred. Permanent job

Job ID: 39964251

Budget: $2 – $3 USD

This is an on-going job for monitoring a Ring Security system for alerts and responding to the alerts by contacting the police and homeowners' association contact person.

The hours for monitoring are 10 PM to 6 AM in the time zone of Sonora, Mexico, which is the same as the Arizona time zone. Most of the problematic activity is on the weekends: So the key timeframes to be monitoring are Friday 10pm to Saturday 6AM, Saturday 10pm to Sunday 6AM, Sunday 10pm to Monday 6AM. All times are Sonora, Mexico time zone.

Spanish speaker is preferred. Bilingual Spanish and English is perfect.

We need a reliable person who can sit on standby, watch for real-time alerts from my security-camera system, and act fast when a late-night (or early A.M.) visitor appears at the gate-entrance to the neighborhood and gets out of their vehicle.
The homeowners association where my house is located in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico has the need for these services:
(1) Monitor for alerts from a camera system during the hours 10pm to 6am (Sonora time, which is the same as Arizona time).
(2) Alerts will be triggered when a vehicle appears at the gate-entrance to the neighborhood. Probably we will use the Ring app, which works on phones and PCs.
(3) When an alert is triggered: Look at the live video and see if it looks like a suspicious situation, such as someone getting out of their car. If the gate does not open for the car, it means that they are not a resident and it is suspicious.
(4) For any suspicious situation: (4a) Say in Spanish or play an audio in Spanish over the Ring camera speaker system to tell the person that we are calling the police (4b) If the person does not leave: Call the police and alert someone in the Property Owners Association.

If the gate opens: It is not suspicious because the person has an RF gate opener, which means they are authorized to enter.

The association is willing to pay US$200 per month for this monitoring activity, as described above. The association has a very limited budget and they are not willing to pay more than US $200 per month.

REQUIREMENTS:
(1). A stable internet connection.
(2) Clear English or Spanish communication (preferably Spanish), and a quiet space for phone calls are essential.

No complex reporting or forensic review is required; we're only looking for timely eyes on the feed and fast escalation when needed. The system already sends the alert—your job is to verify and relay.
