Freight Transportation analyst/ supply chain manager

We are looking for a guy who can help us to decide the plant location for our client's different outlets. Need to do research and analysis from the given data. We need an appropriate location for our plant to be placed so that more than 3-4 outlets can function under 1 plant.
To qualify for this job you must have studied freight transportation or have experience in a similar realm.
