• Short-listing: Highlight the opportunities that best match my buying criteria so I can close deals quickly.

Success for this initial phase is a curated list of qualified vendors—complete with verified stock and up-to-date pricing—ready for purchase discussions. If the collaboration runs smoothly, I’ll extend the engagement for ongoing sourcing, negotiation, and logistics coordination.
