Verifying supplier -- 2

Dear Sir/Madam!
Could you, please, advise if you can verify the supplier of the product, including following all the steps below? If positive, what will be the cost of your services, including travel costs to the supplier's factory?

1) To get a business license and export license from the China Chamber of Commerce; compare the data from these documents with the data provided by the supplier, check if the actual address and company name match the data in the documents.

2) Check the registration documents that will be obtained directly from the supplier, such as:

组织 章程 细则 / 公司 章程 | Constitution of company / Charter of company / Articles of Association).
税务 登记 证 | Tax license
合格 证 | Qualified certificate
银行 资信 证明 | Bank Reference Letter
身份证 | Identification card + 委托书 | Letter of consignment (power of attorney)

3) Make an Internet check: check the supplier's reputation, whether there are debts, no litigation, no fines, whether the company is in the bankruptcy stage, whether it was previously involved in fraud;

4) Visit the production premises of the supplier. If possible, check
- if there are any goods in the warehouses, how much;
- if are there the necessary parts for the production of equipment;
- what goods are being produced in the premises;
- what the workload is with orders from other clients;
- if there enough workers for production;
- if there are boxes in the warehouses, are there any goods in these boxes and what kind of goods it is;
- what is being produced in the workshops;
- if there are machines for cleaning, cutting fruits in the production process.
Where possible, take a photo and video.

5) During a visit to the factory, meet with the responsible manager of the supplier company who will sign the contract, ask him to show his ID card, and power of attorney (if this person is not the legal representative (法定 代表人 姓名) according to Business license, and ask him to Sign a contract for the supply of goods in your presence.

6) Check if the person who signs the contract is the legal representative (法定 代表人 姓名) specified in the supplier’s Business license. If not, then ask him to show the Letter of consignment (power of attorney); be sure to check the terms of validity of the Letter of consignment.

After completing all the actions, I would like to receive some report on what was done, with photos and videos. If you have any idea what else you can do to verify the supplier, please let me know. We will agree with you the appropriate price for the performance of all work.
