Stainless Steel Sourcing Agent

Need a sourcing agent to contact mfg for material pricing, fabrication/welding services, and shipping costs. Target sources include Mexico, Asia, US. Examples of the material needed, but many jobs are custom basins for aquariums and pools. The goal is to determine source's best value (quality/cost) and narrow to a preferred list of 3 or 4 reliable sources.
