Sourcing Electric Motorcycles and Scooters In China

Good day,

I am looking for a sourcing agent in China to do the following:
Visit factory and inspect products
Test product quality
Recommend products
Negotiate product pricing

I am looking for 2 x adult electric motorcycle and a scooter:
First bike - 80km range
90km/h speed
Second Bike - 120km range
120km/h speed
Scooter - 150km range
70km/h speed

All the bikes must use lithium batteries.

I currently have 2 factories that I want visited in the Wuxi and Shanghai - a local sourcing agent would be preferred.
