• Assist with the development and refinement of designs, including fabric recommendations and technical specifications.
• Identify, vet, and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Manage sample production and oversee quality control before final production.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure efficient sourcing and sample delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sourcing and design of apparel, specifically activewear.
• Strong knowledge of Alibaba and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to oversee sourcing and design processes from concept to delivery.
