Secure Exclusive Skincare Distribution in Thailand
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an experienced freelancer with strong connections and expertise in sourcing and supplier communication in Thailand/Asia to help us secure an exclusive distribution agreement for a skincare brand.
The assignment starts with identifying export-ready suppliers and ends when we hold an agreement granting us exclusivity for Sudan, with options to extend to additional African territories. Our primary objective is to expand market share, so every step must strengthen that goal.
What I count on you to handle: initiating contact in Thai/English, introducing Jad Medical as a credible high-volume partner, and steering negotiations around the terms that matter most to us—competitive pricing, rock-solid exclusivity conditions, and concrete marketing or brand-support commitments. You will also secure favourable MOQ figures, arrange samples, and coordinate all documentation and follow-ups until signature.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• One signed Letter of Intent or final Distribution Agreement reflecting the agreed pricing, exclusivity, and brand-support clauses.
• Complete correspondence and contractual documents in editable format.
Proven supplier relationships, negotiation skills, and fluency in Thai are essential.
