As we expand into developing our own premium private label product line, we are looking to collaborate with an Italy-based expert who has hands-on experience in developing Italian-manufactured skincare or aesthetic products — including cosmeceutical skincare items.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have worked with Italian OEM/ODM manufacturers and are familiar with the full private label development process within Italy.
Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Brand Development / Private Label Specialist with a deep understanding of the Italian aesthetic and skincare manufacturing landscape. Your role will be to lead and manage the development of a new line of high-end private label products to be sold in the UK, EU, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle development and launch of private label aesthetic products, e.g. cosmeceuticals.
Source and negotiate with Italian OEM/ODM manufacturers with proven capabilities in aesthetics/skincare.
Oversee formulation, product testing, packaging design, and regulatory preparation for the UK and EU markets.
Coordinate with in-house legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launch.
Provide insights into Italian beauty trends, ingredients, and innovations.
Guide brand strategy, packaging aesthetics, and product positioning aligned with premium market standards.
Ideal Candidate
Based in Italy or with strong experience working with Italian manufacturers.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the aesthetic beauty or skincare industry.
Proven track record of developing private label products with Italian OEM/ODM companies.
Deep knowledge of Italian manufacturing processes, ingredients, and supplier landscape.
Understanding of EU/UK regulatory standards for aesthetic/medical skincare products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian language proficiency is highly desirable.
