Medical implants manufacture

I am looking for a Freelancer to help with the setup of manufacture of medical implants. The type of medical implant I need is in the orthopedic category and I have a general idea of what I need, but need assistance designing & setup the manufacture. My project is currently in the concept stage and I need an expert to help with the design and manufacturing process so that the final product meets my exact expectations.
