Find a manufacturer of barefoot shoes

I'm looking to find a manufacturer for a line of barefoot shoes. I'm seeking a production solution that is international in scope and we're willing to consider any recycled eco materials as alternatives. We're hoping for a production run of 500+ units, so the manufacturer must have the capacity to produce quality shoes in large numbers. We have a preference for quality and craftsmanship first and foremost, as well as a flexible approach to deadlines and production runs.
