China based manufacturing engineer

RTIC Outdoors is a US-based brand of high-quality coolers and drinkware. We are seeking a China based manufacturing engineer who could visit our suppliers' plants to conduct process and quality audits as well as be our "on the ground" resource to help with change management and supplier communication. The role would be on a contract basis to start with the intent to hire as a full time employee after a successful 6 month trial period.
