I PREFER FREELANCERS WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED HISTORY WITH PROCUREMENT OF SUCH ITEMS IN PAST FROM CHINA. PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU DON'T HAVE SUCH EXPERIENCE. THOSE WHO HAVE SENT QUESTIONS OR BID WITHOUT READING (AT LEAST THE MTO) WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING.

You have to get quotation from 5 vendors only (4 in China compulsory, 5th one in Russia you have to specify in your bid if you can include that or if you'd like to restrict your quotes only to the 4 Chinese vendors), the details of which are:

Quotation must be addressed to our company name (will provide later) and include freight/shipping to Port of Mina Salman, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as payment terms (letter of credit and and what milestones). Please let me know if you have any questions.
