Seeking Talented Native Spanish Translator for Subtitling Work
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a steady stream of video projects that need clear, culturally accurate Spanish subtitles. Most files come to me without any scripts, so I’m looking for a native-level translator who can handle the full subtitling workflow—listening, translating, time-coding, and delivering polished SRT or WebVTT files that sync perfectly with the audio.
Turnaround expectations vary by project, but quality and consistency always come first. If you’re comfortable working on anything from short clips to feature-length films and can adapt tone for movies, TV programs, or documentaries, I’d like to hear how you approach:
• Spotting and timing
• Line breaks and reading speed
• Handling slang, idioms, and on-screen text
Please include a brief summary of similar work, the software you use (Aegisub, Subtitle Edit, Final Cut, etc.), and your average output in minutes per day. Sample links or files demonstrating your timing accuracy are highly appreciated.
